Enrollment - College Ready

College Career Citizenship

Seminole County Public Schools is a leading economic driver in our community. Through the SCPS Strategic Plan for Continuous Improvement, the district is committed to building pathways that allow K-12 students to graduate with a meaningful diploma. The ePathways approach gives students a variety of educational experiences that are linked to career development and partnerships with businesses and community organizations. Students are exposed to career and citizenship opportunities in elementary school, explore careers in middle schools, and are engaged in career development in high schools. Through these experiences, students will have the citizenship and academic skills to successfully transition to college and careers.

School Counseling

The ePathways School Counselors are equipped to build relationships to implement the Strategic Plan and impact the system initiatives for graduation, student achievement, innovation for college, careers, and citizenship, and conditions for learning. Through a comprehensive plan, school counselors play a critical role in a K-12 student's academic, career, and social/emotional development. They have a specialized skillset to inform and guide students in choosing a pathway that leads them to meaningful work benefitting themselves, their families, and their communities.
