COLLECTIVE BARGAINING TENTATIVE AGREEMENT REACHED
Joint Statement between the School Board of Seminole County and Seminole County Schools Bus Drivers’ Association

In the spirit of cooperation, the School Board of Seminole County and the Seminole County Schools Bus Drivers’ Association, Inc. are pleased to announce that the parties have tentatively agreed to contract language and compensation.
- Current employees returning for the 2026-2027 school year will receive 2.5% raise to their current hourly rate.
- Employees that were hired on or after July 1, 2026, will remain on their current pay.
Ratification information will be forthcoming.
The School Board and the Seminole County School Bus Drivers’ Association extend their appreciation to those who made contributions to a positive and productive bargaining process and look forward to the continuing partnership as we build upon the excellence of Seminole County Public Schools.
