- First time users must create a new account using the primary parent's email address as indicated in Skyward. The email address on file can be found or changed (if needed) in the Skyward Family Access Portal.
- The Transportation Request Management System should not be used to request bus stop information. To obtain bus stop information, please download the MyRideK12 app.
- The Transportation Request Management System should be used to report a bus concern, request a new bus stop and/or change an existing bus stop.
