Preparing for life after high school is an exciting journey, and every student’s path is different. At Seminole County Public Schools, transition planning begins with understanding each student’s strengths, interests, preferences, and postsecondary goals. Through individualized planning and meaningful experiences, students develop the skills needed to achieve success in education, employment, independent living, and community participation.
Our Transition Services Department partners with students, families, educators, employers, postsecondary institutions, and community agencies to create personalized pathways that empower students to become confident, independent adults.
